TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 8 September 2026

Welcome to Asvingtton.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Asvingtton.store and any purchases you make through our website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any policies referred to within them.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or otherwise affect any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

1. ABOUT ASVINGTTON

The website Asvingtton.store is operated under the trading name Asvingtton.

Website: Asvingtton.store
Customer service email: contact@Asvingtton.store

Where these Terms refer to "Asvingtton", "we", "us" or "our", they refer to the trader operating Asvingtton.store.

Where these Terms refer to "you" or "your", they refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing from us.

2. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

These Terms apply to consumers purchasing products through Asvingtton.store.

If you purchase products primarily for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, different terms may apply.

These Terms should be read together with our:

  • Return & Refund Policy;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Shipping Policy; and

  • any other policies or notices made available on our website.

Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights that are more favourable than these Terms, those statutory rights will prevail.

3. USING OUR WEBSITE

You may use Asvingtton.store only for lawful purposes.

You must not use our website:

  • fraudulently;

  • for unlawful purposes;

  • to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • to introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;

  • to collect information about other users without lawful authority;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to place fraudulent orders;

  • to abuse promotional offers;

  • to infringe intellectual property rights; or

  • in any other manner that could damage Asvingtton, our customers or third parties.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, sizes, colours and other information displayed on Asvingtton.store are accurate.

However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on:

  • your device;

  • monitor or screen settings;

  • lighting;

  • photographic conditions; and

  • manufacturing variations.

Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially different from its description.

Product images are generally provided for illustrative purposes, but products supplied must still conform to the description and other requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve that product.

We may limit the quantity of products that may be purchased where reasonably necessary, including to:

  • manage limited stock;

  • prevent fraudulent orders;

  • prevent abuse of promotional offers; or

  • ensure fair product availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and, where payment has already been taken and we cannot supply the product, provide an appropriate refund.

6. PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order through Asvingtton.store, you will be given an opportunity to review and, where the website functionality permits, correct your order information before submitting your purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate, including:

  • your name;

  • delivery address;

  • billing information;

  • email address;

  • telephone number where requested;

  • products;

  • quantities;

  • sizes; and

  • colours.

Before submitting an order, you will be shown the relevant price and applicable delivery charges.

The final checkout button will make clear that placing the order involves an obligation to pay.

7. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONTRACT FORMATION

After you place an order, we may send you an email acknowledging that we have received it.

An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

Each accepted order constitutes a separate contract between you and Asvingtton.

We recommend saving your order confirmation and these Terms for your records.

8. WHEN WE MAY REFUSE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product information error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud;

  • incorrect delivery information has been supplied;

  • purchasing limits have been exceeded;

  • the order appears to involve misuse of a promotion;

  • we are legally prohibited from completing the transaction; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

We will not cancel orders for arbitrary or discriminatory reasons.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount that we are legally required to return.

9. PRICES

Prices shown on Asvingtton.store will be displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

For UK customers, prices will normally be displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Prices will include VAT or other applicable consumer taxes where required by law.

Before you complete your purchase, we will clearly display:

  • the product price;

  • applicable taxes where required;

  • delivery charges; and

  • other mandatory charges applicable to the order.

We will not intentionally conceal mandatory charges or introduce unavoidable charges only after the customer has committed to a purchase.

10. PRICING ERRORS

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, an obvious pricing error may occur.

Where an obvious error is identified before an order is accepted, we may correct the error and give you the opportunity to place the order at the correct price.

Where a contract has already been formed, any rights to cancel or correct an error will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in this section permits us to engage in misleading pricing practices.

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • discount codes may be limited to one per order;

  • promotions may be restricted to selected products;

  • promotions may have a stated validity period; and

  • promotions are subject to stock availability.

Any promotional limitations will be disclosed clearly where applicable.

We will not use misleading reference prices, artificial discounts or other pricing practices prohibited by consumer protection law.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected when purchasing discounted or promotional goods.

12. PAYMENTS

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We may carry out or permit reasonable fraud-prevention and payment-authorisation checks.

If payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order may not be accepted.

We will not charge you for optional products or services without your express consent.

13. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, relevant charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

We will deliver products to the address provided when your order is placed.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery information is accurate.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods must be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

If circumstances arise that materially affect delivery, we will provide appropriate information where reasonably possible.

Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

14. DELIVERY DELAYS

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as a guaranteed delivery date.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed period or within the period required by applicable law, you may have statutory rights to:

  • request delivery within an appropriate additional period;

  • cancel the contract in certain circumstances; or

  • obtain a refund where legally applicable.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights regarding late delivery.

15. RISK IN THE GOODS

For consumer purchases, responsibility for accidental loss or damage to products generally remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them.

Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS

Ownership of products passes to you when payment has been received in full and the applicable legal requirements for transfer of ownership have been satisfied.

The transfer of ownership does not alter statutory rules relating to risk during delivery.

17. CANCELLING AN ONLINE PURCHASE

UK consumers purchasing goods online normally have a statutory right to cancel qualifying purchases without providing a reason.

For most goods, the cancellation period is 14 days after the day on which you or a person nominated by you receives the goods.

Different rules may apply depending on the goods or circumstances.

Further information about:

  • your cancellation rights;

  • how to cancel;

  • returning products;

  • refunds;

  • return costs; and

  • statutory exceptions

is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation right available under UK law.

18. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.

Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be provided within the legally required period.

Where products are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, additional statutory remedies may apply.

A voluntary return policy offered by Asvingtton does not replace your statutory rights.

19. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

Products sold by Asvingtton must comply with applicable statutory requirements.

Among other things, goods must, where legally applicable:

  • be of satisfactory quality;

  • be fit for purpose;

  • match their description; and

  • comply with other contractual and statutory requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, UK consumers may have rights to:

  • reject goods;

  • obtain a refund;

  • request repair;

  • request replacement; or

  • receive a price reduction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts these statutory rights.

20. SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during sales, clearance events or promotional campaigns retain statutory consumer rights.

A reduced price does not remove your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

Additional voluntary return conditions may apply to sale products only where legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

21. FREE GIFTS AND PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Certain promotions may include complimentary products or gifts.

Where a free gift is conditional upon purchasing a qualifying product, cancellation or return of that qualifying purchase may also require the promotional product to be returned where legally permitted and clearly stated.

Any deduction from a refund in relation to promotional goods will only be made where permitted by applicable law.

22. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Where our website allows customer accounts to be created, you are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information;

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login details; and

  • informing us if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access.

You must not knowingly allow your account to be used for fraud or unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or security threats.

23. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Where Asvingtton allows customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, such content must reflect genuine experiences and must not be:

  • knowingly false or misleading;

  • defamatory;

  • abusive or threatening;

  • unlawful;

  • discriminatory;

  • fraudulent;

  • infringing of third-party rights; or

  • submitted for the purpose of manipulating ratings or reviews.

Incentivised reviews, where permitted, must be appropriately disclosed.

We do not knowingly permit fake reviews or misleading representations of customer feedback.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms or protect users.

We will not remove legitimate negative reviews merely because they are negative.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through Asvingtton.store, including:

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • product photographs;

  • graphics;

  • website design;

  • written content;

  • icons;

  • layouts; and

  • other original materials

is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Asvingtton.

You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected material without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties, including:

  • payment processors;

  • delivery providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • ecommerce platforms; and

  • social media services.

Third-party websites may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.

However, nothing in this section removes any responsibility that Asvingtton has under applicable law for services used by us to fulfil our obligations to you.

26. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep Asvingtton.store accessible and operating correctly.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:

  • maintenance;

  • security updates;

  • technical repairs;

  • infrastructure changes;

  • legal compliance; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will seek to minimise disruption.

27. SECURITY

You must not knowingly introduce malicious software into Asvingtton.store or attempt unauthorised access to:

  • the website;

  • servers;

  • databases;

  • accounts; or

  • networks connected to our services.

Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities where permitted or required by law.

28. PERSONAL INFORMATION

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be:

  • collected;

  • used;

  • stored;

  • shared;

  • retained; and

  • protected.

Where cookies or similar technologies are used, additional information may be provided through our Cookie Policy or consent mechanism.

29. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSUMERS

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of statutory rights relating to goods;

  • goods that are not as described;

  • liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted; or

  • other mandatory consumer rights.

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.

A loss is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where both parties knew that it might happen when the contract was formed.

30. BUSINESS LOSSES

Products sold through Asvingtton.store are primarily intended for consumer use.

If you use products for commercial or business purposes, we will not be responsible for business losses to the extent that such exclusion is legally permitted.

Examples may include:

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of business;

  • loss of business opportunity; or

  • business interruption.

This section does not override rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

31. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Examples may include:

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • transport disruption;

  • industrial action;

  • telecommunications failures;

  • government restrictions;

  • emergencies; or

  • other comparable circumstances.

This does not remove any statutory right you may have to cancel an order or receive a refund where the legal requirements for that remedy are satisfied.

32. COMMUNICATIONS

We may communicate with you electronically regarding your order, including through:

  • email;

  • account notifications; or

  • other contact information you provide.

Transactional communications relating to your purchase are separate from marketing communications.

Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted under applicable law.

You may withdraw consent to marketing where applicable without affecting transactional communications necessary to fulfil your order.

33. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint concerning an order, product or our service, please contact:

contact@Asvingtton.store

Please include relevant information such as:

  • your name;

  • order number;

  • details of the issue; and

  • the resolution you are seeking.

We will seek to handle complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

Nothing in our complaints procedure prevents you from exercising statutory rights or seeking independent advice.

34. TRANSFER OF OUR RIGHTS

We may transfer our rights or obligations under a contract to another organisation where legally permitted.

A transfer will not reduce your statutory rights.

Where required by law, we will notify you of a transfer that materially affects you.

You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where permitted by law or with our agreement.

35. NO THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, a person who is not a party to a contract between you and Asvingtton does not have a right to enforce these Terms.

36. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

An unenforceable provision will not be interpreted as removing any statutory consumer protection.

37. WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Similarly, a delay in exercising a legal right does not automatically amount to a waiver of that right.

38. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • changes to our services;

  • operational requirements;

  • security requirements;

  • changes in applicable law; or

  • changes to our business practices.

Changes will generally apply prospectively.

The Terms applicable to an order are normally those in effect when the relevant contract is formed, except where a change is required by law.

We will not retrospectively change existing consumer contracts in an unfair manner.

The current version will be published on Asvingtton.store with its latest revision date.

39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies and information expressly incorporated into them, form the contractual terms governing purchases through Asvingtton.store.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or prevents a consumer from relying on rights that cannot legally be excluded.

40. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and contracts entered into through Asvingtton.store are governed by applicable UK law.

Where the contract is governed by the law of England and Wales, the laws of England and Wales will apply, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

Consumers living in:

  • England or Wales may generally bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales;

  • Scotland may generally bring proceedings in the Scottish courts; and

  • Northern Ireland may generally bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland,

subject to applicable jurisdiction rules.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection available to you as a consumer.

41. UK CONSUMER LAW

Depending on the circumstances, legislation relevant to transactions through Asvingtton.store may include:

  • the Consumer Rights Act 2015;

  • the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;

  • the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;

  • the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002;

  • applicable UK data protection and privacy legislation; and

  • other legislation and regulations applicable to ecommerce and consumer transactions.

If these Terms conflict with a mandatory requirement of applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
